Mechanical Broadheads Are Still Illegal In Some States

October 1, 2010

Mechanical broadheads are still illegal to use for big game in several states. Some states regulation say they can't be used at all, while other states limit the use of mechanical broadheads to certain species or from use on big game animals. The following list is a guideline, it is up to you to know the regulation for the state you are hunting in. Keep in mind that regulations change regularly and it is up to you to know specific regulation for your state. This is just a guideline based on my personal conversations with every states game department during October 5th & 6th of 2010.

Now, lets take a look at some of the states where mechanical broadheads are illegal.
