• 2004 - Terry Coon, 48, standing on ATV when a rifle strapped to his wife's shoulder discharged, shooting him in the back

• 2004 - Clifton Sanchez Sr., died of self inflicted wound to the head. An inspection of his bolt action shotgun found faults with the trigger mechanism

• 2003 - Tony Jordan, 22, fell from boat and drowned, not wearing life jacket.

• 2003 - Dalton Hunt, 13, shot by grandfather while deer hunting
