Endangered Plant Reintroduced To Oconee
Two granite outcrop pools at
Oconee Wildlife Management Area are bearing new life, and renewed
scrutiny. Four plugs of the federally endangered mat-forming
quillwort were transplanted into rainwater pools at the WMA’s
Eatonton Outcrop.
