I am sure most people know what Private Property means, but, the purpose of this page is to reinforce the fact that just because you know where something is that does NOT give you the right to access those areas.

For example there are numerous caves and climbing areas described within this web site and in various guide books. Just because you know where these areas are does not give you the right to go to those areas. It is up to each individual to get permission from the owner of the property or property manager of that specific property. If YOU do not have permission to be on some ones property you risk going to jail. 

No one is responsible for your actions but YOU!
