This is Jonathan S. with a really nice 12 point buck he took on November 22, 1999. The deer was harvested near Jonathan's home in Noxapater Mississippi. Here's the story behind Jonathan's great hunt.

My dad wanted to hunt over our green field so I decided to hunt a stand about 500 yards away in a swamp, where I had seen deer there while squirrel hunting. I had been hunting about 15-30 minutes when I heard a deer coming out of a thicket on my right. The next thing I saw was a huge racked buck. I raised my shotgun and put the bead on his front shoulder and shot him. He started running so I shot him 2 more times. He dropped on the third shot. His gross score is 152 with a net of 140 Boone and Crockett.
