Ingredients: 1 pound Swordfish, aprox. 1/2" thick 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons capers 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped 1/2 lemon sliced
Pepper swordfish and place on broiling pan and broil fish for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes per side or until fish turns opaque. Remove swordfish from broiling pan and sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley and capers. Garnish with lemon rounds.
